At Matrix Warehouse Computers (PTY) Ltd, we strive to ensure your hardware and peripherals meet the highest standards of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt provided the item is in its original packaging and condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team with your invoice number.
Package Your Item
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid a restocking fee.
Courier Collection or Drop-off
Once your request is authorized, we will arrange for a courier to collect the parcel from your address, or you can drop it off at your nearest Matrix Warehouse branch.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the hardware for any damage or defects; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
